Alternatively, if you have digital photos, post the form and deposit - then email your files (as high resolution images) with your contact details and a brief description of your job. Send your email to Steve@PetPortraits.co.uk. Note - I prefer digital photos emailed as high resolution images rather than posted as inkjet prints as printing these reduce the image quality.
